Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size, and click “Add to Cart”. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us at alongwithtx@atomicmail.io as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
How will I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea. We are expanding to more regions — stay tuned!
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Hong Kong: 5–8 business days
- Taiwan: 7–8 business days
- Japan: 6–7 business days
- South Korea: 6–8 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available during selected periods.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items and intimates are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email us at alongwithtx@atomicmail.io with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before ordering, as sizing may vary by style.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
If the item doesn’t fit, you may return it within 7 days of delivery (unworn, with tags). Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout, including Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system. We do not store your payment details.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
