We want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Items are returned in their original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Email us at alongwithtx@atomicmail.io with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions. The return address will be provided via email once your request is approved.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
